CHEERLEADING

MTAA Cheerleading is for three different activities:  football, basketball and competition.  To participate in competition squad, a child must be active in football cheerleading.

The group for football and basketball are made of four levels of play based on the age of the child by June 30th:

          FLAG: Ages 5 and 6

          KNEE HI:  Ages 7 and 8

          MITES:  Ages 9 and 10

          MIDGETS:  Ages 11 and 12

Competition is:

          KNEE HI:  Ages 6 and 7

          MITES:  Ages 8 and 9

          MIDGETS:  Ages 10 to 13

Flag practice will be at Sarig/Kidspeace

All other football cheerleading practices are held at the MTAA Field

Homes Games are held as follows:

JV Games and Flag Varsity at Sarig/Kidspeace

Varsity (Knee Hi, Mites, Midgets only) are held at the Muhlenberg High School Practice Field

2008 FEES:  Membership:  $30.00 (1 time per year)

                   Sport Fee       $60.00

             Competition Fee:  $30.00 additional

Each cheerleading sport is considered individual and must be paid separately.
