Bylaw Updates and Changes

At the July meeting of the Board there was a presentation by the Bylaws Committee for changes and updates to the association bylaws.  You can click on this link to see the updated version as presented and amended and approved for publication.  As you read the document, understand the RED words would be deleted and the Green words would be new and included in the revised document.  Some of the items being removed would then be added to either a Standard Operating Procedure document or to a policies document.  These changes needed to be posted for 30 days prior to being voted on.  This means that these changes will be voted on at the September meeting.
