Steps to obtaining your coaching clearance

  • Go to Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History - click on Submit a New Record Check and follow the directions to order your Criminal History Background Check.

  • Make sure you print 2 copies of your Criminal History Background Check - one to submit with your Child Abuse History Clearance Form and one for your records.

  • Click here and print out the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Form.

  • Complete the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Form and mail it, along with a copy of your Criminal History Background Check and a $10 money order to the address on the form.
