January 2026 MTAA Meeting Minutes

Zoom Meeting

Attendance – Amanda Bayer, Beth Kaylor, Steph Burkhart, Anna Limandri, Bianka Louissaint, Samantha Williams, Shannan Gordan, Kris Williams, Chelsea Williams, LaShae Stitt, Laura Keller, Ashley Ramos, Tim Goodhart, Kevin

  1. Call to Order – 7:05pm
  2. Public Comment – none 
  3. Financial Report 
  1. Bryant has the checkbook
  2. Flyers were ordered – will get into schools this week
  3. Did the audit meeting happen: yes
    1. Lashae gave detail from her meeting. 3 different levels that could cost $5,000-$8,000. Suggested more of a quick books option instead. We could have a consultation for quick books and train someone to use it. Mentioned board insurance, specifically Maine Inland Insurance. We currently use Erie. 
    2. Shannon mentioned Darris Tinson’s wife as a possible person to get into contact with for quickbook information.
    3. We should have one person to be in charge of money and books. 
  4. Steph’s letters
    1. Was sent to township. Did not hear back. 
    2. Going to send out tiers once she gets info from Shannon and Chris.

    1. Shannon will talk with Ben Castiglioni – track coach
      1. Will get more info at end of march
  1. Spring Flag Football – none
  1. Field Hockey – none
  1. Football  – Helmets will be ordered. How much did championship game concessions make? 5,000 ish?
  1. Softball  – none
  1. Baseball
    1. Will missed winter workouts be rescheduled? No
    2. Adult co-ed games. What field would they be on? J.D.
    3. Spring clean-up date: sometime in March
    4. Can Tim fix the tractor? No.
    5. How are we on volunteers for Sunday workouts? Good, may need tball
    6. Lights are going to fall. Shannon called and may need to report further.

  1. Wrestling
    1. Sign up for meet concessions on 1/30
    2. Decision on tournament:
      1. Needs money for tarrif on spirit wear for UPS $80ish 
      2. Needs checks for valentines weekend. Hard to get checks from Bryant.
      3. Ce cole concessions now in hallway. Good stock for now.

    • No clearances for basketball. Will reach out to Bryant.
