UPDATED FEE INFORMATION
Raffle Ticket Fee
Effective with the September Board of Directors meeting the raffle ticket fee has been eliminated. This is being done for a number of reasons not the least of which was the recent online registration program and then figuring out how to get the tickets to those registrants using the online program.
Sports Fees
In order for us to be able to eliminate the raffle ticket fee we had to raise the sports fees by $10.00. So all the winter sports fees will go to $90.00. We appreciate all of the board approving this change as I know this was not an easy decision. We have however managed to eliminate the membership fee in the last number of years as well as now eliminating the raffle ticket fee this season.
I want to take a minute and thank those who contacted me and or attended the meeting to show additional interest in the board. We are going to be in need of a few more board members after the elections in December as the Financial secretary’s position is currently open and the Treasurers position is going to be open. We also have a couple of parents on the board whose children will be aging out so they will no longer continue! If interested please contact me at president@mtaasports.com for more information!
